Lindsey Pask-Kelly founded Twilight Tents in 2018 with a desire to provide magical themed tents sleep-over parties for children of all ages, providing beautiful themed Tent Sleep Over Party packages which include tents, bedding and accessories for that special birthday or celebration party. We cover all the main towns and villages of East Sussex and West Kent including Crowborough, Uckfield, Heathfield, East Grinstead, Crawley, Tunbridge Wells and Tonbridge. (We are located in Hartfield and offer free delivery with in a 15 mile radius of Hartfield, however we are very happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost)
Our packages includes all the equipment, set-up and take-down.

how it works
Our themed sleepover parties aim to deliver a very memorable experience that will be talked about for many years. With some magic and imagination we will transform your space into a wondrous, magical, dream-setting for your children and friends.
We have a number of themes to choose from, catering for boys, girls or both.
We will come to your house and set up your chosen themed sleepover package and then leave you to enjoy your special party. The next morning we will return and pack up all our equipment.
We will take the stress out of setting a sleepover up. Twilight Tents will provide a beautiful handmade CE marked tent and foam mattress along with bedding , a breakfast tray, fairy lights and lots of accessories.
The cost is £35.00 per tent if 3 or more. If a BFF (i.e. 2 tents) the cost of two would be £80.00
What is included in the price/package
The package includes set up, a foam mattress – available in two sizes, 140 cm or 190 cm in length (you need to allow a metre for the width and also another 20 cm for a breakfast try if you wanted them at the end of the bed), mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet, themed fleece, pillow with protector and pillow case, tent, breakfast tray, battery tea lights and holder, drinks cup, bunting, fairy lights, light box, cushions and take down.
I normally set up in the afternoon and collect the following morning, we can discuss timings that work for all.

My tent frames are CE marked and the tent canopy has had a certified flammability test (copies are available if required). Having small children myself I know how important it is to feel they are safe - hence why my tent covers are plain and not heavily adorned in unsafe materials. The tent covers are washed regularly, it does not affect the flammability (no spot-cleaning for our tents).
My tents and tent fabrics have been issued with a CE Declaration of Conformity

The tent canopies supplied have a burn rate and spread that has been independently tested and allows a child to get out of the tent quickly and safely in the event of the canopy catching fire. My tent covers are plain for this reason.
The CE declaration of conformity can be inspected on set up
The foam mattresses supplied comply with the Furniture & Furnishings Fire Regulations 1988 & amendments.
Do We Set Up?
This is included in the package price, we ask that the space is clear and clean in order for us to do so.
We will contact at least a week before your party to confirm what day and time we will be delivering your party, depending on our route for that weekend with our other parties.
Will my theme be as per the pictures?
The photos are examples of our themes and styles, they may vary depending on stock and location.
We require parking directly outside your property or on your driveway, without this we will be unable to drop off your party. If there are parking restrictions in place and a permit is required, you will need to supply this to us.
Please advise if you live in a flat or would like the equipment taken anywhere other than the ground floor e.g. upstairs, loft, or basement. We will be be happy to to go up stairs, but it's good to know in advance.
When booking a Twilight Tents Sleepover Party, what is included?
All items listed in the chosen package, including delivery and collection within a 15-mile radius (however we are very happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost).
What payment is required?
We require a 50 % deposit for a party. The remaining balance is due seven days before the party plus an additional security deposit of £50 to be paid prior to set up. The security deposit will be refunded once the equipment has been collected undamaged and fully inspected (usually within 48 hours). Costs for the replacement of any damaged items supplied, or breakages, will be deducted from this deposit.
Can I host my party in my backyard?
No, Twilight Tents can only be used indoors.
Are the tents waterproof?
No, they are not.
Do I need to supply power?
No, our fairy lights are battery powered.
How big are the tents?
You will need to allow 1 metre width for each tent. The mattresses come in two lengths (190 cm and 140 cm length) and the breakfast tray is 36 cm in length, in addition to the length of the mattress you choose. The breakfast tray can be folded flat and can then be placed at the end of the mattress. You will need to allow some space for your guests to get in and out of the tents and in the room that they are set up in.
What is the hire period?
The standard hire period is approximately 19 hours with no more than 24 hours. Longer hire times and be negotiated, subject to availability. Everything included in the package will be delivered and set up one day then packed away and collected the following day. At the point of booking we discuss a convenient time for us to come to your home on each day.
What is your cancellation policy?
A minimum of 7 days' notice must be given for requests to change the date of the hire booking. The customer’s request can be granted on the provision that their preferred date is available. A request to change dates within 7 days of booking will be denied.
What areas do you cover?
We host sleepover parties in Surrey, East and West Sussex and Kent. We are located in Hartfield TN7 and offer free delivery within a 15 mile radius of Hartfield. We are very happy to travel further afield for a small additional cost to cover our time and travel.
How are the tents cleaned?
The tent covers are all removable and washable. All bedding is laundered after each use. Trays and other items are cleaned and disinfected where possible.
